At Two Daisies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We take pride in providing high-quality permanent jewelry supplies, tools, and training. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

• Returns and refunds are only available for eligible products as outlined below.

• All items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• A restocking fee may apply where noted.

Starter Kits & Upgraded Starter Kits

• No returns are accepted on starter kits or upgraded starter kits.

• If you purchase a kit that includes a Sunstone welder and/or Argon regulator (Options 3 or 4), you may return the welder and Argon regulator only, per the Sunstone return policy found below.

 

Tools & Supplies (Individual Purchases)

• Eligible tools and supplies may be eligible for return - please see the Sunstone return policy below or email our team at twodaisiespermanentjewelry@gmail.com to ask if your product is eligible for return.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging unless otherwise stated.

• A restocking fee may apply.

 

Online Training Course

• All sales of the Two Daisies online training course are final.

• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at twodaisiespermanentjewelry@gmail.com We will work with you to replace the item or provide a solution.

 

Sunstone's return policy:

Two Daisies Shop is a certified Sunstone dealer, so any Sunstone products purchased through Two Daisies shop will follow the Sunstone return policy as outline below.

Returns:
Sunstone offers a 30-day return policy on all products. Before sending a product back please contact Sunstone to receive an RMA number. The RMA number should appear clearly on the outside of the package. Customers are refunded via check. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all 3rd party products (laser welders, laser engravers, PW - AC Welders, and AVIO products). Additionally, all 3rd party products must be insured when sent back to Sunstone at the buyer’s expense. In some cases, a merchant fee may apply. Equipment damaged by improper use or insufficient shipping precautions will be charged additional fees.

*DADO Laser Welder – No cash refunds available for the dado laser welder. However, The Dado Laser Welder may be returned within 30 days for credit towards another Orion or Sunstone product.

*Argon Mini Tanks are non-returnable. Standard size argon tanks have a $85 restocking fee, the tank must be emptied and left open with the protective cap put in place. All hazardous material and compressed gas stickers need to be removed from the packaging as the empty cylinder is not hazardous and doesn't contain compressed gas.

*Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered such as shipping, calibration, or trainings.

Repairs:
Sunstone Products come with a 1-year repair warranty*. Sunstone will repair all defects in craftsmanship without charge during this time period (except the shipment of the product to and from the manufactures company or the shipment of the replaced parts to and from the customer’s premises for at home or business customer repairs). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of Sunstone products. This warranty does not include consumable items, such as welding electrodes. Sunstone is dedicated to keeping our products operating at peak performance for years to come. Any repairs needed after the warranty period are performed at cost.
